How is it the middle of February already?? Have you struggled with keeping those resolutions you set in January? Have you quit altogether? Listen in for a bit of encouragement.
Is God calling you to stand up for yourself? Or is He calling you to lay your life down? Either way, He is never calling you to be a victim. Listen in to discover why!
By the time Jesus walked the earth, the heroic and admirable sect of the Pharisees had largely denigrated to a group that was characterized by having a “religious spirit.” What is a “religious spirit” and is it something we need to be concerned with in ourselves today?
The rational vs. the spiritual - are they really at odds? Have you slipped to one end of the spectrum or another - honoring your God-given rational mind above the spiritual OR becoming so overly “spiritual” to the offense of the common sense God gave? Here’s a simple self-check to make sure you stay right where you need to be, regardless of what anyone thinks about you.

Why does God delay when I need Him to move NOW? Is He struggling to come up with the miraculous intervention I need? What does Jesus’ delay in helping Lazarus show us about God’s timing?
Many Believers in Jesus Christ are unaware of the privileges available to us through what Jesus has done. We fear that our righteousness before God is constantly in jeopardy. In reality, we ARE righteous! There will be times when we fail to live up to that identity, but those failures don’t eliminate the reality. Our failures convict us that we need to get back in line with who God says we are.

One of my favorite miracle stories from the Gospels shows us so much about the character of God, but it also shows us that we need to go beyond healing from the traumas we have faced. What more does God have for us? Listen in!
Jesus tells us to abide in Him. It’s a beautiful thought with beautiful imagery, but sometimes the definition can feel elusive. How do we abide? What does it look like when we aren’t abiding?
“Hosanna!” It’s a Word we often say in church and songs, but what does it actually mean? More significantly, what happened to that word by the time Jesus entered Jerusalem at the Triumphal Entry that can speak volumes to us today?
I want to be like one of those from the Old Testament who are said to have “walked with God,” don’t you? I want that to be what I’m characterized by, but what exactly would “walking with God” look like?
Stale bread - not a pleasant prospect, but something too many of us are content with. We need fresh food - for our bodies and our souls! We need a fresh word from the Lord!
